There are so many recipes for homemade tartar sauce with all kinds of different ingredients. I prefer something simple and still very good. I have a couple of versions I like to use, one is a lowfat version from Weight Watcher’s. A third one is from The Lobster Place located in Chelsea Market in Maine. A lot more flavors going on and very good! I recently (6-1-14) added another one I found and I do not know who to give credit to.
