If you like Snickers candy bars (which I do) you will enjoy this cookie.  Enough said!

• 2 sticks butter, softened
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3-1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 (13 oz.) pkg. Snickers miniatures

Combine the butter, peanut butter and sugars.  Mix until light and fluffy.  Slowly add eggs and vanilla and combine thoroughly.  Sift flour, salt and baking soda and add to butter mixture.  Cover and chill dough for 2-3 hours.

Remove dough from refrigerator and divide into 1 tbsp. pieces and flatten.  Unwrap Snickers and place in middle and form a ball around the Snickers.  Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
