This is one of my oldest kitchen gadgets that I have used a lot over many years. Poached salmon for dinner was always a favorite, along with some fresh herbs, lemon slices and maybe a little sauce. It is made of stainless steel and comes from Korea and that is all I know about it. There are 4 pieces and 2 handles to lift the salmon out of the poaching liquid.
