Lemon Butter Sauce for Vegetables and Fish
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- chives or parsley for color and garnish
Bring the water to boil and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour it over any freshly cooked vegetable or fish.
