Everyone should own a cookie press. There are 20 different dies (that’s what they are called) and 4 dies for whipped cream or pastry decorating. The one I have is made in Italy, but I read recently that the Wilton Cookie Press was a good choice. It is a fun gadget to use, however some people find them awkward, it’s one-cookie-at-a-time design restricts it to “drop” cookies. I like to use it….
