Pinto Bean and Salsa Dip

Pinto beans and salsa are two staples I always have on hand.  This recipe makes a quick and easy appetizer for unexpected guests.  It is also very healthy.

Pinto Bean and Salsa Dip

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can pinto beans (I like to use unsalted, or rinse the beans if salted)
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Combine beans and salsa in a blender.  Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables, or crackers.
