Kids like this especially because of some of the ingredients, chocolate and peanut butter.  Of course there are some adults who like this too!

• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
• 9 cups corn chex, rice chex or crispix cereal
• 2 cups powdered sugar

In a large saucepan melt the butter, chocolate and peanut butter.

Measure out the cereal into a large bowl.  Pour chocolate mixture over chex and mix until all of the cereal is covered with chocolate.   Add powdered sugar and stir gently until all of the cereal is covered.  Add more sugar if needed.  Use paper bags if you have them to shake all of the ingredients together.
