Who does not like caramelized onions?  You can use these with so many different recipes such as French Onion Soup, condiment on your burger or steak or how about a good old fashioned onion dip.  Say goodbye to Mrs. Grass Onion Soup mix and try this much better version from scratch. Lemon Aioli with Ina’s Roasted Shrimp

Normally I like to serve this delicious roasted shrimp from Ina Garten with a homemade cocktail sauce.  For a change of pace I also made Chef John’s Lemon Aioli with cured lemons.  This is too good with a perfect lemon touch – yum! Update Oct. 28, 2018: I just received Ina’s 11th cookbook, Cooking Like A Pro and she … Continue reading

Weight Watcher’s Caramelized Onion Dip

Queso Dips Eleven Ways (Now Twelve)

I have a number of good queso dips and decided to include them all.  Four are cooked in the slow cooker. To keep your queso from breaking in a microwave add a little water (if cheese exceeds 180°F it will break); adding about 1 tsp. cornstarch and whisking vigorously.

Vegetable Dip Two Ways

There are 2 veggie dips that I like to make, one that I have been making for a very long time and a new one that has more ingredients, flavor and is good spread on crackers.
