Banana Pancakes with Sauteed Bananas

National Pancake Day is today at participating IHOP restaurants  – how about some banana pancakes with a banana orange sauce made at home.   The pancakes are light and fluffy and the sauce adds a special touch.  This recipe came in third, after my blueberry pancakes and waffles per Gene. Weight Watcher’s Corned Beef and Cabbage

This is a traditional dish I make every year for St. Patrick’s Day.   Having experimented with a number of recipes I finally settled with this recipe which everyone likes.  It is a Weight Watcher’s entree and another plus is that it is cooked in a slow cooker.

This is a quick, easy vegetable to fix in the microwave.  You dress it up a little with Good Seasons Italian Dressing, some cheese and maybe add a little heat with some crushed red pepper.  I have included a Weight Watcher’s version where you can see the importance of measuring.

Crab Legs

When crab legs are on sale at my local grocery I sometimes will serve these as a special treat.

Pineapple, Vidalia Onion and Gorgonzola Salad
