Weight Watcher’s Red Cabbage Two Ways

I have provided two recipes for cooking red cabbage; one in the slow cooker and the other on top of the stove.  They are both very good Weight Watcher’s recipes. The first recipe uses balsamic vinegar and the cabbage is darker in color. The second recipe uses cider vinegar.
