Weight Watcher’s Orange Dreamsickle Shake

In our freezer there was always vanilla ice cream or orange sherbet (occasionally both) and sometimes pecan ice cream.  So, I knew this would be a big hit in my home.  This is a really refreshing and yummy dessert that is a beverage.  I could drink the whole recipe but unfortunately  you are only allowed 1 cup and that is worth 3 points.  This is worth it 🙂

WW Orange Dreamsickle Shake

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup orange sherbet (I used fat-free)
  • 1 cup sugar-free fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk (I added more to get the right consistency)
  • 2 tbsp. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate

Crush the ice cubes in a blender.  Add the sherbet, yogurt, milk and orange juice concentrate; puree until smooth.

Serves 4 with 3 points per 1 cup

  1. I was just at Biarwood and went to Olga’s! I can’t look at an orange creamy drink and not think of them! I’m sure this taste even better than theirs! Pretty too!
