I have always missed my double oven in our home in the country but this is a decent substitute when you  need extra cooking space or just to cook something small.  This is a great gadget for me and fits perfectly in a corner on my kitchen counter top.

I have a Breville Smart Oven, 18.5″ x 16.25″ x 11.25″,  which is the biggest size they make.  You can also buy the Compact Smart Oven, 16.5″ x 14.25″ x 10″, or the Mini Smart Oven, 16″ x 13″ x 9″.  There are numerous accessories for this oven such as a baking/broiling pan, pizza pan, wire rack, pizza crisper pan, pizza stone and a cutting board.  The first three accessories are included with the Smart Oven.  I also bought a small muffin pan and a small roasting pan with a rack.

There are numerous functions: toast (3 color settings), bagel, bake, roast (up to 4.5 pounds), broil, pizza, cookies, reheat and warm.  There is a frozen foods button as well for some of the functions.  This Smart Oven is a convection oven  and you can set the temperature up to 500 degrees and cook your food as long as you want and the timer will go off.

There are a lot of nice features with this oven and it comes with a very detailed manual on how to use it.  I like it and I do use it often…
