This was a fun pan to use and makes perfect round doughnut holes. The only disadvantage is it only makes 12 doughnut holes at a time. So you bake one batch, cool, grease and bake another batch. This can take some time obviously and I did finally buy another pan so I would have two pans baking in my oven at the same time. I tried using mini muffin pans but the muffins were light and we prefer the dense doughnut holes. This recipe has been a favorite in my family so I expect to make them often.
