I love this snack mix with the addition of Michigan maple syrup – so does everyone else. A favorite…
Maple-Glazed Party Mix
- 2 cups corn chex
- 2 cups rice chex
- 2 cups honey-nut cheerios
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm pretzel fish
- 1/3 cup Michigan maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Melt the butter in the maple syrup; add the vanilla. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and pour the maple syrup mixture over the cereal mixture.
Coat a large jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch) with cooking spray. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring and turning every 15 minutes; cool. Dry completely before putting the snack mix into containers.
