Just saw this cute idea in one of the Taste Of Home magazines by a Nella Parker from Hersey, Michigan. Usually I do not have the name or source of a recipe I have because I did not save it before I started this blog. Most of my recipes are on a separate computer file that I am slowly converting over to WordPress. So, it is nice to be able to give credit where it’s due. By the way, this post is Number 400!!!
This wagon has 1/2″ thick cucumber wagon wheels and the skewers are 6-inches long. You can make the wagons bigger if desired. I would probably do this as the wagons do not hold a lot of vegetables.
Cut the celery in half – be sure to use big strong ribs of celery. Place celery lengthwise across skewers to form the wagon frame.
Pile on the vegetables of your choice and serve with your favorite vegetable dip in a hollowed out green or red pepper.

That is so cute!
Thanks 🙂
