This is a pan that I probably could do without but since I like to collect “kitchen gadgets” I had to have it.  King Arthur Flour (like many companies) give you a great sounding recipe and then you just have to buy the pan to make the recipe.  It was worth it though as some nephews really enjoyed them.  See my recipe Cheesy Pepperoni Bites.

It is a perfect size for appetizers and mini snacks.  You can make mini quiches, corn muffins, savory tarts, square cake pops and many other things.

I took out some of the plates in the wells to show what the pan looks like.  This pan features lift and serve removable bottom discs.  It is a heavy metal nonstick pan (easy to clean) that creates twelve 1-3/4″ squares x 3/4″ deep with fluted sides.
