I have been using my griddle for years to fry lots of bacon, cook a bunch of pancakes and even make grilled cheese. Recently, I used it to make some sourdough english muffins which turned out great.
I have a Vitantonio Gourmet Griddle that has seen a lot of use and is still going strong. The temperature ranges from warm to 400 degrees so you can use it to cook many things. This gadget comes in handy when you need to feed a crowd. Even though it says it has a non-stick surface I always end up using a cooking spray on it.

My Vitantonio griddle just broke after 24 years of once a week use. It seems they are no longer available. Do you know of a place to get another?
Hi Jennifer – I just checked and I think they are no longer available. After 24 years (I am not sure how long I have had mine) you will not find one. You will have to go with something new and different. Mine still works…
