Oyster Bar and Spaghetti Machine Salad Dressing
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated (I like to add more)
- 1 tbsp. anchovy paste
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve over a tossed salad.
