• 1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix (the factory who makes Jiffy mixes is located in Chelsea, Michigan – not too far away from me)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 small pkg. pineapple cream instant pudding
• 1-1/2 cups milk
• 1 lb. 4 oz. drained crushed pineapple
• dream whip

Preheat the oven to 350°F.  Grease and flour a 9×11-inch pan and bake the cake according to package directions.

Add 1/2 cup milk to cream cheese and beat until creamy.  Add pineapple pudding and 1-1/2 cups milk, beating slowly for 1 minute.  Fold in crushed pineapple and pour over cake.  Prepare dream whip and smooth over top.  Refrigerate several hours or overnight
