These are cute as always and so many different molds to choose from for the Christmas holiday. I have snowmen faces, gingerbread houses, ornaments, snowflakes, trees and even poinsettias. You can find these at spinningleaf.com. Happy holidays to all 🙂

Ornament, snowman and gingerbread house…
Once again you paint the design first and let harden; add a layer of melted chocolate and place the Oreo cookie inside the mold; press down and cover with more chocolate. I take a toothpick and go around the inside of the mold to remove any air pockets and I also gently tap the molds on the counter. Refrigerate or freeze before removing the cookies from the molds.
Below is an example of the white chocolate being too warm as I poured it over the gingerbread house mold – it bled. The picture on the right shows a yummy Oreo cookie inside all of that white chocolate!
Snowflake and spiral ornament…
Peppermint candy… oops – some molds are easier to do 🙂
