These are tasty crackers to serve on top of your favorite tomato soup with shredded mozzarella cheese. You will not need such a big bowl as the cheese makes it rich. There are 3 recipes that I serve to family and friends. The first 2 I use a lot as an appetizer/snack. The third one I have not made yet and the fourth makes your tomato soup extra special with the addition of the seasoned crackers and mozarella cheese. Very addictive!
