While checking my “Ziplist” from Pinterest a few months ago I came across this yummy smoothie which comes from cookingandbeer.com. This is my kind of breakfast drink 🙂
Mango, Yogurt and Almond Milk Smoothies
- 1/2 of a banana ( I use the whole banana)
- 1-1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt – fat-free
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup mango nectar or juice
Add all of the ingredients in your blender and mix until smooth for a couple of minutes. Adjust the ingredients to taste and the thickness you like.

Love this one! We drink smoothies every morning and I’ll have to pick up some almond milk and try this. Mangoes are great right now! Just had two really good ones yesterday.
I know you will enjoy this smoothie – there are too many good ingredients! I am drinking smoothies more frequently so I am always looking for new ones to try. I am a big fan of mangoes and I like to use almond milk instead of my skim milk.
Refreshing and nutritious – love it, Juju!
This is very good Lisa and a smoothie I will make often 🙂
This reminds of me of mango lassi, Judi! I love that you use almond milk in your smoothie. Yum!
This smoothie is very similar to mango lassi Patty – except for the banana and I am not sure whether yogurt is added. Anyways, I love this combination 🙂
This sounds tropically delicious Judi! The combination of banana and mango sounds perfect, and quick for a busy morning too!
It is very quick Nancy as you can have all of the ingredients on hand. I usually have frozen bananas sliced up and ready for a recipe 🙂
Looks good Judi!! This is one of my go-to smoothie combinations 🙂
Thanks – perfect way to get your morning off to a good start 🙂
I love it, Judi 🙂 So fresh and so good!
Thanks – this smoothie is very refreshing and yummy 🙂
This smoothie looks so refreshing! I am just starting to like banana’s in my smoothie. I’ll have to try this one!
Thanks Tahny – I like it a lot. You can always leave out the banana or just use half 🙂
Lookd delicious!
Thanks – the smoothie has a great taste 🙂
