This is a quick appetizer to serve when you have unexpected company. Only two ingredients and you have a lower fat dip. Weight Watcher’s points only 1 per 2 tbsp. (does not include the pretzels). If you serve this with vegetables this recipe would be healthier as most vegetables have no points. I used Snyder’s of Hanover Braided Multigrain Twists. You get 8 pretzel sticks worth 3 points.
WW Santa Fe Queso Dip
- 1 to 2 Smart Ones Chicken Santa Fe meals
- 8 to 16 oz. low fat Velveeta cheese, cubed
- pretzel sticks, vegetables or chips
Make the size you want… Cook the Chicken Santa Fe per instructions in the microwave. Melt the cheese and add the Chicken Santa Fe and stir to combine. I always cut the chicken into smaller pieces before adding to the cheese.
