Well, I have switched my interests from baking cakes to baking cupcakes.  What fun – in a weeks time I attended two cupcake classes; one given by Sur La Table (a fabulous cooking store with an attached kitchen) with a sister and another at Zingerman’s Bakery with some other family members.  As Martha Stewart says “this is a good thing”.
