Using Campbell’s soup once again makes a recipe very easy, quick and tasty. Instead of ketchup serve this cheese sauce with your fries.
Cheese Sauce for Steak Fries
- homemade fries or frozen
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell’s Nacho Fiesta condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
Cook the fries according to package directions. Or cut up fresh, peeled potatoes into steak size fries (or any shape you want) and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
In a small saucepan, combine the soup, milk, garlic and onion powder and heat through. Drizzle over the fries.
