I have had my waffle iron (Vitantonio Premier Classic Waffler) for a long time and it has made a lot of delicious waffles.  A few years ago I bought an All-Clad  Belgium 2 square waffle iron (they make a 4 square as well).  There is also one that rotates, but 2 waffle irons are enough for me.     A good kitchen gadget to have!  See my recipe Sour Cream Waffles.
