Millie’s Baked Spicy Party Spread

This appetizer is adapted from a recipe of Millie Schembeckler (wife of the legendary Bo who was one of the best University of Michigan football coaches ever).  It is a typical Tex-Mex spread with all of the goodies.  Perfect for any gathering.

Spicy Mexican Fondue

When you want a good, hot Tex Mex appetizer this recipe is a good choice.  There is very little preparation and only 10 minutes to heat.  Serve with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or some good bread cut up in chunks for dipping. Makes about 3 cups

Queso Dips Eleven Ways (Now Twelve)

I have a number of good queso dips and decided to include them all.  Four are cooked in the slow cooker. To keep your queso from breaking in a microwave add a little water (if cheese exceeds 180°F it will break); adding about 1 tsp. cornstarch and whisking vigorously.
