This is a great dipping sauce to serve with any cut of beef. Only 3 ingredients and it only takes a few minutes to cook. Making your own jelly is a good way to use up all of those peppers at the end of the growing season.
Pepper Jelly Sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp. jalapeno pepper jelly
Combine all ingredients and cook for about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
I am using this flavorful sauce with grilled flank steak.
