I have a number of fruit smoothies I like depending on what is in my refrigerator and freezer. You can vary the frozen fruit (bananas and strawberries are favorites), use juice, milk or yogurt – it is all good!

WW Fruit Smoothie
- 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple or orange juice
- 8 frozen strawberries ( prior to freezing I always cut them up in smaller pieces)
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- fresh strawberries for garnish
Combine the juice, strawberries and the banana in a blender. Puree until very smooth. You may need to add more fruit or juice to get the right consistency. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

WW Fruit Smoothie
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup ice cubes, crushed (I have an old-fashioned ice crusher or just put some ice cubes in a plastic bag and crush them with a meat tenderizer)
- 1/2 cup light strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 small firm banana, chopped and frozen
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup Splenda (I do not add any)

Comment: If the smoothie is too thin, add more fruit; if it is too thick, add more liquid.
